ZXDSL 531B Line Rate (Upstream and Downstream)

BSNL Home UL 750
Just an hour ago my connection got disconnected for some time and after that when it got connected My line rate Upstream is shown as 1021 Kbps and Downstream as 8190 Kbps in the modem settings.Does this indicate an increase in speed in the connection also?
 
Note the Dynamic IP now.
Check speed at OpenDNS . net mumbai server & a foreign server say Melbourne.
 
Test again. at speedtest.net. What is the tariff plan you have ?
Home UL750 256Kbps If Home 500 series ( upto 2Mbps speed) speed is OK
The modem/model?
What is shown in modem is theoretical maximum. Actual speed varies (*conditions apply !)

NOOOOOOOOO I have not subscribed to IPTV yet.As it is not available in my area.😢
 

Any change in your IP address? Changed from 59.xx.xx.xx to 117.xx.xx.xx ??

No, my IP address was always 117.xx.xx.xx
