ZTE831AII configuration [Urgent]

Hello everyone..I recently buyed ZTE 831 modem for the bsnl dataone broadband.But i unable to determine wheather my modem is in right condition or not.See when i connect ethernet cable in modem the dsl LED is start to blinking normally,but when i connect dsl cable to the modem the LED doesnt effect and blinking normally as its.After i put all cables i opened 192.168.1.1 in IE and login thereAnd configure the PPPoe connection but when i click connect it then its show that "your router is not ready to connect" see the attatched image..and when i click connect after that then it show an error"PPP link authentication in progress" and this error doesnt change wheather a dsl cable is connected or not...see the links of imagesRegardsPiyush

Go to Management and select SAVE/REBOOT wait for two minutes.

and Password Default Password By bsnl
