I have configured the ddns in ZTE F670LV9 using no-ip but not able to access the router using ddns url.
Even I am not able to access the router using the current public ip.
nslookup is resolving the ip properly.

Is there any other config i need to do, to access my zte router remotely?

Exposing a router over the internet is a very bad idea. If you want to do that setup up a VPN.

Port 80 and 443 and some general ports are blocked and you cannot access the router remotely.
Other non privileged ports should work just fine.

for me all the common/standard ports are blocked. Is there any option to unblock them?

First try to access by public ip not ddns.
Are you getting Public IP or are you behind CG-NAT? Is the IP address acquired by router same as what you see on whatismyip.com?
This is assuming that you have already allowed http acess to WAN and changed the http port for WAN access to something other than 80 e.g. 100 and you are still facing the issue. I guess the option is available under IPv4 Local service control or something similar tab
