MTNL Delhi Youtube Not working

i am on mtnl 999 combo 1mbps unlimited and due to some reason i am unable to play videos having less number of views , and it is happening on every device.
 
I am having the same issue. Videos from some Youtube channel aren't loading at all. I have tried changing my DNS address to google but to no effect.
 
If i was you i would try refreshing page and in worst case would have used keepvid.com save video and watch it offline lol

If video is newly uploaded it takes few hours to go threw processing stage So in most cases after say 3-4 hrs video be playable
