Are you using MTNL DNS? If yes use Google DNS or OpenDNS. Otherwise call 1504

Maybe clear ur browser history, cache, cookies etc and chk

which ISP? ur profile is showing Airtel.....

Ya that........I havn't changed the profil..........I am actually on mtnl for more than a yr now.

both twitter and youtube works fine...... am also on google dns with opendns as alternate

here twitter is not working for me for so many days now. When i try to ping it says host twitter.com not found.

Twitter does not load on mtnl dns for me, works on google dns .
@panzer its not a browser cache issue tried with four different browsers

I'm also having trouble playing youtube videos for last two days, same error as yours. I live in east delhi btw

win8 , it is completely a ISP related issue
I have also tried on a Virtual machine running win7
