Are you using MTNL DNS? If yes use Google DNS or OpenDNS. Otherwise call 1504 :)

Youtube is working fine.......
Maybe clear ur browser history, cache, cookies etc and chk

here twitter is not working for me for so many days now. When i try to ping it says host twitter.com not found.

Ya that........I havn't changed the profil..........I am actually on mtnl for more than a yr now.

Twitter does not load on mtnl dns for me, works on google dns .
@panzer its not a browser cache issue tried with four different browsers

I'm also having trouble playing youtube videos for last two days, same error as yours. I live in east delhi btw

win8 , it is completely a ISP related issue
I have also tried on a Virtual machine running win7
