"A 24-year-old software engineer employed with a major IT firm at Keernatham in the outskirts of the city, committed suicide by hanging at his residence in Thaneer Pandal near Peelamedu on Sunday. In his suicide note he states that loneliness drove him to kill himself. His note also reveals his substantial wealth, estimated to be worth anywhere between Rs 12 to Rs 20 crore, which he has surprisingly bequeathed to chief minister J Jayalalitha."
