so I received this message on my phone the other day, I have downloaded around 45gb this month but I'm not really aware as to what the fair usage policy of mtnl is. please somebody explain it to me. my plan is trib combo dl data 499 unlimited
 
On 499? Seems that they have 500÷10 = 50GB FUP for you.It is a known fact that ISPs need to charge minimum 10 Rupees per GB to remain profitable. That's exactly whats happening.This might be an internal policy change not known to us.

so what happens if I exceed the limit? I'm afraid I may already have.
