You would need to register the mac address of your router with YOU. Once done, setup the connection as PPPOE and set the WAN IP to automatically. Fill in your user id and pass and you'r good to go.

Ive changed my MAC address.(WAN MAC address of my router)
I've also set up as PPPOE.
1.Do I need to change MTU.?(currently 1454)
2.Do I need to change service name?
3.is this correct : "IP assigned by ISP=yes"
4.is this correct: "DNS=automatic from ISP"
If your answers are no,no,yes, yes then I dont know what else is wrong.
Thankyou very much for your time.
I hate the customercare,theyre hopeless.

Just directly call up the YOU local office and ask to speak to the technical team. Check with them if they updated the mac address. Rest all settings are fine. I have always called up the local tech team directly and never ever gone through the CC route.
