Yet Another Problem With Modem

This is my 1st post in in this forum.My problem is as follows.I have smartax 882 modem. I have forwarded a port to my bitcomet program.The NAT light shows green.but sometimes when the bitcomet program is running the LAN & ACT light in the modem start blinking alternatively abt 2 sec interval and the net stops working.When i close the bitcomet program the net starts working normally immedietely. Is ter any solution for this? ( I couldn't find a similar problem in the forum)

tried the bridge mode???search the forum...u'd get tons of results...
