Wrong Calculation:data.bsnl.in Chennai user

For Feb 1 to Feb 2, 7.10 PM to 7.39 AM, they are not calulated the Free usage.
And put Free usage into chargeble units. Will bsnl make correction for this.

You may have to wait till you get the bill for Feb 2012.
Better take a print out full page
Give an application to A.O(TR)pointing the mistake. enclosing above.
Get a receipt in your copy.
Watch for more error recordings. next 2 or three days.

Unlikely the meter readings can be amended/reset manually.
send a complaint to ONLINE All India site. for record purposes.

3. Appears the NU free period at start starts with a 30 minute block.
require more checking for errors.
