Worst service of BSNL broadband. Need to shut these kind of organisations. Internet not working and not resolved even after 10 days

I have raised multiple tickets about my internet not working. Everytime they call and say that technical person visits to resolve it but no one turns up and in next couple of days they close this ticket as resolved without doing nothing. Worst service and if they are not able to manage, better they shut down their services instead of fooling customers with their worst connection and services. I want to take this to the consumer court and make this kind of organisations pay for what they are doing
