Worst 3G speeds in mumbai and customer care is even worse

Hi,
Recently i bought Nokia Lumia 620, along with that received Reliance 3G Data offer of 1gb/month, for 2 months.
So i went with Reliance GSM,bought new sim card for the same.
But to my horror,i am getting 3G download speeds of 10 kbps, which is worst than airtel's 2G speeds.
Tried to contact customer care, and the experience is very horrible.
I am into 3rd week, and still there is no resolution of this issue,but contrary to that i received sms stating that my issue is resolved.
Till on date , download speeds has never exceeded above 20kbps.

My sincere advise, stay away from Reliance GSM, if you are looking for 3G , they are only good at roadside advertisement("Anushka Sharma").

I don't know about Windows phone but i think you are getting 2G signal, try and find a setting for 3G only mode

I am using 3g settings which are provided to me by there customer care.
Still I am getting speeds which are not even 2G

My service request no.203667511.
But without resolving the issue , reliance customer care has closed this request, very disgusting.
Till date no reliance representative has contacted us.
