please update details about Ar51 client.
Is it a wireless lan card used in your laptop externally: PCMCIA card ?
Can you post ipconfig /all for the wlan connection.

Your info will be the first authentic info in search engines Google/Yahoo etc.
with a link to this forum.

modem /router wifi settings are not in doubt, now.
settings of inbuilt wifi card in laptop can be rechecked.
You can get the details of wlan card as above. disconnect AR51 client.
from ipconfig /all mine:
Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100 AGN

Not clear how this utility can solve the problem for Dlink DSL2750U wifi mode..
If you are using a wlan card in USB port

Please post ipconfig /all for WLAN network
Start RUN type cmd
OK
New window
type ipconfig /all

only this data required:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100 AGN ( mine)
