Where is the cd key for this?.without cd key how will you install?
 
Windows will check your copy of OS, whether Genuine or not and allow download and update.if you are already using Automatic Updates, or from Windows UPD web site , you can download this XP3. No more support after 30th june 2008.
 
1,000 Days until Windows XP End of Life

Windows XP had an amazing run and millions of PC users are grateful for it.
But it’s time to move on. Two reasons:

1) Extended support for Windows XP is running out in less than 1000 days, and
2) There’s an OS out there that’s much better than Windows XP (Windows 7).
 

I believe it will hurt more of the corporates than the average customer... They'll have upgrade to 7 and not just the desktops (that'll be easy) the applications which run on XP have to be migrated to 7 (my company already is and apparently they are spending a fortune for it)
