windows live sign in problem

hey ppl from a month im facing a small problem... the problem is that im not able to sign in to windows live messenger and Sign In... i have an mtnl wireless modem n have a laptop n a desktop connected to it n i get the same error messege on both of them n the problem isnt in my account also cuz i have 2 accounts n both of them arnt working on my network whereas they are working on my friends connection so ppl plz help me out... here are some screenshots
