windows installation error message.solution required

While installing windows installation was aborted in last stage and a blue screen appeared which stated error message IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.What does it indicate.What is solution?My PC had slowed down after installation so I tried to repair windows.During this process one folder named msoe.dl was not copied.windows repair was aborted and above message appeared on my screen.what is causeWhat is solution?

There can be many causes for this message.. sometimes ite because of RAM problem.. didu add any new hardware in recent times..?

IRQL errors are almost always due to driver conflicts for the hardware causing windows to crash. Try to remove all extra PCI devices and your AGP/PCI-E video card(if possible) and try to re-install. If it still BSODs then disable all the hardware on the mobo from the BIOS, should work. The msoe.dll is an Outlook Express file. It could also be that you have a corrupted version of the XP install disk.

Presume you were attempting REPAIR option , and not a fresh installation.
TRY:
Start RUN sfc /scannow
Keep the XP OS installation CD ready.
