windows 10 does not detect jiofi (red cross sign)

windows 10 does not detect jiofi (red cross sign) until an unplugging and re-plugging ? Every time I turn on my pc I need to unplug and re-plug the jiofi to acccess the net.
Jiofi working fine on the laptop (windows 8.1). changed wire, updated driver, uninstalled & reinstalled but no success. Can any genius solve this problem ?
 
JioFi is detected as Ethernet Router to the Windows (8.1 and 10 both).

I will give this a try tomorrow if I get home and let you know if I face the same issue as your's or not.
