:lol: i agree with the aunty thing...and anyhow as far as customer care is concerned, u really don't need it with MTNL...like in the past 1.5 yrs since i'm having this connection, i think it went down once that too for a cpl of hrs or something... 😀i've had not much chances to deal with the cc guys, but yeah, when u do, it's a real pain in the (u know where) 😉

I think speeds fluctuate more with airtel than any other ISP

OMG how can you forget sify? lol Also Not all users find ping.exe useful, If you want to know your connection.. you need it to work😉

iam on sify and i can ping other sites ... but they have blocked traceroutes ... traceroute just stops after 4 hops on sify router 🙁
