Will BSNL FTTH give me jittering in pings? Is it a healthy connection for gaming?

So did you manage to get the connection. First LCO came to install connection and it turned out to be Wireless connection. I said fuck off. Second LCO called today and said he does have fiber at my location. I told him straight want fiber or no connection required. Lets see what happens. He did mention that this is directly from BSNL so installation charges will be 500rs only.
 
He didn't come to collect documents yet and he says to let him collect them and not to drop at the local office.

My friend has bsnl ftth 3-4 kms away from me but Bsnl is not giving me ftth connection at my location since they dont have the fiber box in my area. What do i do?
