Will Airtel DTH Work on Avermedia TV Tuner?

hi i am new to this forum. I want to buy airtel dth for viewing and recording it on my pc with tv tuner. My tv tuner is Avermedia super 009, here is the link of my tv tuner : AVerMedia AVerTV Global - TV Tuners, Live IPTV Streaming Encoder, Video Capture Card, Media Player and Multimedia Products - AVerTV Super 009
my doubt is that will airtel dth works on avermedia tv tuner . because many are saying that it will not show channels and gives a message like viewing is prohibited on tv tuner. so can anyone please give me the answer please. i want to record tv shows, so please give me the answer please.

ya , its working on avermedia tv tuner
 
many are saying old stb of airtel dth records videos of the channels but new airtel dth stb channels are not recorded. Is there any encryption for airtel dth, as many are saying those are encrypted and cannot be recorded via tv tuner card. Please tell me fast please.
