wierd issue

I have daily 2gb plan
after that speed becomes 80kbps
then I did rechargeof 16 rs for 2gb
still speed is 80 kbps


bsnl cc is mornonic as always,telling to restart,callback etc but no help

A very late reply, but I don't think you can use two plans simultaneously in BSNL.
