Wierd issue with tata sky and the engineers are stumped

they came yday and changed 2 stb's to humax and put the 2 (lcd& pLASMA ON DIFF DISH ANTENNAS AND LNB'S and today they installed a 3rd dish ,,, now it is w tv's with d dish antennas
 
so u mean ur prob is gone now?u shud have come on this forum long back!
 
welll lets see how things go tonight 9-10:30 pm is when this issue happens ... so keeping fingers crossed !!!!!
 
If u hav got Thomson STB thn change to Humax STB.....Was getting same probem with Thomson One...Wen changed to Humax..problem solved...It took 15 days to solve my problem...Was getting freezing images wen i change the channel....Even wire was changed, LNB was changed, Dish Was changed....Finally wen STB was changed to Humax problem was resolved...
 
i am here the problem seems okay for now but am observing it for the next 10 days or so .....
