Why is my BSNL Broadband bill inflated by Rs. 1000 this month?

The email i got from bsnl shows total amount payable as 1994 rupees.Anyone else got the same?

Total amount due(Rs)
1994		Bill period
01/04/2019 to 30/04/2019		Payment due date
25-05-2019
 
how can anyone else know if it's the "same"? isnt it depends on your plan cost? check bill details to see if it shows what your extra cost is?
 
i forsee many other users with similar queries because they took the "Free" Amazon prime offer and next year they got charged Rs. 999 for the service 😀 since they either didn't know or forgot to unsubscribe the "offer".

The amount should be 997.10 . Could this be a mistake?
