Why is Exattnet cheating us ?

I don Think you can call it cheating! I think its "Bad Policy"! They say CTO charges extra and Maintainance charges extra and these are not mentioned!

yeah i did read the earlier posts abt 5 hour disconnection 🙂but thats not the problem in my case hmmm i get disconnected every 8-10 hours and after that my net wont work properly for 1 hour like it will work for 5 min and then again it will stop after 5 min its really frustrating cause for whole 1 hour it will act like that then suddenly it will become fine after 1 hour does any1 else face probs like these ?
