why I'm getting slow internet speed on my 2Mbps plan ?

Hi i'm facing slow internet for almost 1 and half month i was getting between 200 to 250 Kbps as per my 2Mbps plan but from last month i
hardly get 90 why is that, plus i've been calling to exchange daily but they also seems to not get anything, also sometime i get 200 kbps after 12am to 11pm and after that it comes down to slow net speed like 50Kbps to 40Kbps and whole day it is slow like this.
And my Plan BBG Combo ULD 675**Upto 10 Mbps till 10 GB, Upto 2 Mbps beyond.


this is my parameters ↓

the rate field in your parameter is low.
register a complaint saying that your internet is slow. tell them to change port or change drop wire or the pair.

You should complain to the nearest Bsnl exchange office. I am also having the same plan but my internet speed is almost 11mbps. They will most probably change your Dslam port from their end.

Thanks for replying yes it is very slow and i asked to BSNL exchange guy to do something about it then he said he has changed the port from their server but still didn't made any difference i still get 60 -75Kbps instead of 200 -250 Kbps.

yes, they told me that they have changed my port to another one but still no improvements and i'm still getting 60-75Kbps speed.

how far do you live from the BSNL exchange?

Tell them to change the line speed profile to 10mbps. If they refuse to do so then ask for NIB contact details for your area.
And since you are also eligible for Happy Browsing offer like us. So you should also get 10mbps speed even after the FUP data.
If possible kindly post the line status after port change.
