Are the channels available? If the channels are available but blocked then you need to call lco or hathway office to activate it. Subscription charges are about 80 for sd both the channels and about 90 for hd channels

earlier we use to get both the channels in the Cisco set top box (old type) around 3 months ago but Now we r not getting these channels in Hyderabad.
