Why are new threads always to be approved by Moderators first?

it has been here since a long time. i do not promote it heavily and do not want to because it consumes too many resources. people who are active here since a long time know about it. 🙂

paid for v4 of vbulletin finally.

vBulletin Community Forum this is how the new default theme looks like.

sucks i know.

i can now only wait for it to be released.

and to see if it allows for the modifications i want in the template.

it would suck if i cannot find a couple of mods that i need for ad placements and other stuff.
