I mean u havent downloaded anything illegal or por* ?[/b]
1.That is besides the point and cannot be called into question in a dispute of deficiency of service.
2. Are they terminating my service for illegal usage of their service?
well u see they have logs of all ur daily surfing habits [/b]
Incorrect logs you mean...its debatable I think. Entries like:
0700-0749 xyz MB
(next entry) 0747 - 0750 pqr MB
As also the rare (but present) repeat entries.
Do u used to restart
router before and after NU usage ?[/b]
1.Which was never expressly told to me and does not form a par of terms and conditions of service.
2.Which was never even shown on MTNL Usage page until after this month. (A valid point here though is that I don't have a screenshot of the older page).
3.Which was on website in a pdf user manual one month after the packages were in operation, which I might or might not have accessed.
4.Which does not absolve the service provider from his duty of maintaining proper logs which was the basis of the NU service.
5. Which was followed by me to the best of my knowledge and ability by scheduling computer shutdown.
Do you have any sideby bandwidth counting software in
windows to show the proof ? [/b]
Hardly a proof. I intend to build on their own logs.
answer these questions and then decide.
I think these are all valid points[/b]
But debatable. The thing I do agree with is, time constraints. Also, the moment I approach a consumer forum they will instruct me to deposit the bill as a pre-requisite to admission of the complaint. And thirdly, I just can't do without net for the time period that dispute will be pending.
After all Consumer is always right ? [/b]
well *shrug* to each his own opinion...
