WHo Will Be Charged By BSNL If This Happens ??

I and my friend have seperate accounts in BSNL . If i use my friend's User Name and Password in my home PC , who will be originally charged by BSNL ? Please clarify . In short , on what basis BSNL is charging ? 1. On basis of the account usage by a User Name ( If this is true , my friend only will be charged ) (or) 2. On basis of the amount of data transferred through the particular phone line ( If this is true , i will be charged irrespective of the User Name im using ) Please help .

Welcome to Broadbandforum.in.It is not possible, nowadays to connect using your friend's ID/PW from your phone.Assuming you are able to do it, the bill will go to your "friend" and he will no longer remain your friend.!!!!If it is charged to your account you have to PAY, AND IF BSNL detects misuse, your connection will be cancelled. Confirm you can use your friend's acct and visa versa.Practical Test : Check usage your account and your friend's ,in your computer after using/(misusing) the next day This is possible.
