30Mbps is the Fastest for me. My cousin has one! That too From Beam 24Hours

You can try Asianet in Kochi. I have no idea if they serve in your area.. look at the packages: Asianet DataLine

Or try Reliance Broadband It's also available in Few areas!

Asianet is available, they have a plan for Rs. 1499, 256Kbps/4Mbps, 25 GB limit. But i'm not very sure about the speeds that will be actually available or about any other issues. Have you used Asianet?
