Which Is The Best 2 Mbps Connenction In Rural Area

Hi friends,This is Sandeep Reddy. I am working as Asst. Prof in an Engg College in Rural Area. we are in plan to setup unlimited 2 mbps connection. We asked BSNL they are saying around 11 lakhs per year. Is there any other service provider who will provide for less than 11 lakhs per year.I will be greatfull for your kind help.sandeep Reddy
 
where do you need 2mbps connection ?BSNL could be the only choice available in Rural Areas with unlimited 2mbps internet connection !
 
I am afraid he is somewhat right. Though there is another company called Railtel which is advancing in rural areas but noy sure wether its comin in ur area or not.
