It says on their site that a refundable deposit of Rs 1000 is to be paid for their cable modem. Can someone tell me which modem they provide? Any details about the modem will be appreciated.
I got the connection yesterday. There was no modem. Just a CAT5 cable from their switch on the terrace which they had already. The installation was done at the same time they collected payment. I'm getting about 7Mbps but the speed drops once in a while. Atleast it's unlimited.
