Which ADSL Modem to Buy?

I am having MTNL Broadband Connection and im presently using the Modem no: T-KD-318-EUI.I wish to purchase my own modem, can anyone please suggest me which modem will work best.Someone has suggested me either Beetel 220 BX or D-Link 502-T....Im using it on my laptop with Windows Vista.Can some expert please advice me which modem will work best.....???

Any branded (even some un-branded) modems will work! Windows Vista is not a problem, because as long as you use ethernet and not USB to connect, drivers won't be required. The basic LAN configurations in Vista are pretty much similar.D-Link 502T is great, and so are Netgear solutions (especially if you want a wireless gateway).
