Where's Summer Surprise offer?

As the title suggests I can't see the Summer Surprise offer in my plans on the Jio app. Unless the offer hasn't kicked in yet, I don't know. But I recharged 99 plus 303 long ago. It should show up in the upcoming plans, no? Unless it got reset for some reason.. and also nothing is showing up when I click on "last 5 recharges". It's weird. I still get 1GB/day tho. Where's the extra 5 GB they promised? It gets weirder. In My Plans, it shows New Year offer is still active with validity set on 15/4/2017.

They should have updated system few days back to make it effective on 16th.

Just executing some universal queries and they could not do it in time.

Yeah, incompetence right there .They should at least put a big banner on their website/app saying they're working on it.

Universal queries for some 100 million customers....that will be a big mess
Also multiple systems needs to be updated. all plans need to be provisioned properly
so that all systems are updated properly....
wait for 1-2 days more should not be causing you any harm 🙂

App is not showing correctly though the offer is active. Rather both HNY and Summer offers are active. Which means you getting 1 GB extra from your recharged plan. Check on jio website its showing correctly over there. Getting 6 GB on 2 Sims (2+1 & 2+1 atleast for today). There mess is our bless if speeds are usable in your area. In my area its 10-20 mbps even on Sunday afternoon
