Where can I watch English movies and serials like Friends in Tamil in streaming?

Many English movies released in India when released in theatres get released in English, Hindi, telugu and Tamil. But channels like Sun Tv and Vijay TV show only Indian Tamil Movies. They dont show English Hollywood movies dubbed to Tamil. I wonder why these Hollywood movies dont make it into TVs like Sun & Vijay. A lot of English movies and serials like Friends, Orange is the new Black etc are available in English. I think there will be some streaming services which show them. Can you say where can I view them in Tamil?
