where can i find about my monthly usage details?

hi am onBB Home Combo ULD 800. as per the plan theres a cap system on Bandwidth and downloads Upto1 Mbps till 6 GB, 512 Kbps beyond 6 GB. What i would like to know is where can i find the details? please provide me the URL .Also do i need to register in there ?? Also i would like to know the procedure to upgrade or downgrade the plans respectively.
