HOW CAN I CHEAK DATAONE SPEED

^ there are many sites ( for e.g. https://testmy.net/ )
which provide the upload & download speeds .

however the results are just for guidance as they
correspond to that particular site & at testing time .

Its as usual with me as well,30 (+/- 1).i use 256 kbps unlimited connection.But the highest ever i got was for 1 sec it was 1.5 Mbps(believe it or not ,i know i am not lying,i was using lightning download manager and it showed that stat) but download speeds also depends a lot on the server u'r downloading from too,e.g filefront gives excellent speeds constantly above 35 and reaches 50 for many sec continously.
