What's the difference between dynamic IP and public IP?

Hello guys, i recently saw an option to change my excitel IP from dynamic to public. Can someone exactly explain me what's difference between those two and what is the disadvantages and advantages of both. Please guys i hope someone will 🙂

Yeah they have it for some stupid reason. No matter what you out in the requiest they will deny it saying they don't provide it.

It's simple a publically reachable IP. In case you want open ports or wanna self host something that's where it is needed. If everything that you want to do is working fine they you probably don't need it
