Hi guys. So, my Reliance broadband stopped working a few days ago. I checked the telephone to find that its also dead. I figured it might be some problem in the line, so I decided to call the customer care to lodge a complain.
I dialed 180030007777 on my mobile and followed the IVRS instructions. When I pressed 2 for "broadband connection not working" option, I got treated with "Thanks for calling Reliance Customer care", and the call just disconnected. Everytime I got treated with the same message.
Annoyed by this, I then dialed the appellate authoriy number, but here I got treated with "Apatkaleen stithi me seva uplabdh nahi he."
Can anyone help me get info on what's wrong with reliance customer care.
