What should i choose DSL 749, NU 849, DSL 599 or Infinity 512 from Tata Broadband ??

Dear Friends,

I need your "Positive Feedback" as in "Pros and Cons" with regard to anything positive or negative about these Plans ??

I presently have DSL 2399 and it has been over 4 Months and my Broadband Connection keeps on getting worse.

It does not seem to be a "Line Problem at all" as it has been recently checked.

I have Written over 10 letters and called 1504 many times but my connection keeps on getting worse to the nth degree specially my "Download Speeds which keep on falling and falling and falling"

I have seen some negative stuff as regards DSL 749, and DSL NU 849, but nothing on DSL 599.

Does that mean that DSL 599 is a good plan without many problems as such ??

I also need to know whether Infinity 512 from Tata is a "GOOD PLAN" From Power or crazysah, or anyone.

P.S. -- I cannot afford the High Rental Charges of DSL 2399 with such lousy service.

You never posted the stats from http://192.168.1.1/in your last post....
Infact thats y no one could help u out back when u posted earlier.
So we have no Idea whether ur Line stats are actually great or BS,
Coz the MTNL linesman must have told u they were the best in the world!!:hysterical:

Also since ur in Mumbai so DSL 749 is not available.

As far as feedback for Tata in Mumbai is concerned,most reviewers quote bad experience with tata services,downtime and CC

I never posted the Statistics from http://192.168.1.1/ "Simply because it has always asked me for my Username and Password if i do not know my Username and Password -- it is impossible to pass on the Information to you or to anyone else who can and may help me.

It constantly says "Authentication Required" or 401 Forbidden.

As far as DSL 749 is concerned, it is available in Mumbai -- Browse or scroll down the site i have posted below -- you will see that it is definitely available for Mumbai Subscribers.

DSL 749- has a Monthly Download of 1.25 GB.

P.S. -- Looks like i will have to meet the General Manager soon of my Exchange the way things are going. My Speed has now fallen to 20 KBS/Sec from 25 during these past 4 months -- earlier i was getting a download speed between 192-212 kbs/sec till the middle of June.
