I got Fiber installed a week back,

I got G-2425G-A from Nokia 😀

I applied for 799 plan for free installation, can i downgrade to 499 as my usage is very low?
In Airtel Thanks app, my plan shows locked till 27th October,
is there any alternative way to get plan changed before that?

You can downgrade the plan to 499, but only post the 27th of October.
Since you booked for the 3 month package, your installation charges were waived off. So the plan is locked for 3 months.

Earlier people used to do it after few days of installation but now you can only change before 15 days of your 3 months period.

I took the 200 Mbps connection around 10 days ago in Nagpur. They provided a DragonPath Technologies router to me. It is probably being white labeled by Airtel, as the packaging has "imported by Bharti Airtel Ltd." written on it. They said Nokia routers are out of stock and now only these will be provided, at least in my region.
Please share a ookla speedtest screenshot. I just want to know the ping we are getting in nagpur
