What plan is best for heavy downloader

Hi ,
already tried for bsnl evdo..BSNL guys says there is not enough signal in konappa agrahara , electronic city bangalore
there is no other option that tikona and airtel...airtel has very less FUP limit and its costly.....
so going with tikona...i dont know if this is right decision , but inside i am saying to myself..let us try
my monthly budget is 1000 - 1200...
please help me get a good plan

tikona , airtel (still dont know because they havent said they have feasibility or not but down my pg there is cyber cafe which is having aritel connection, so i am counting it in , already contacted them and they are processing the request now) , bsnl may be (plans sucks 🙁 )

u live in banglore and u complaining abt problems finding isps i think go with tikona better plans.
