hi friends, ive been having problems with my net connectivity from last one month, the intermittent connection and blinking adsl light. it usually happens in the morning till late in noon and by evening the connection is stable.i registered my complaint at their online portal 4 times in 4 days. i receive a call each day and someone informs me that they will send someone and i wait all day and nothing happens, by evening each day they clear my complaint. could someone give me the email ids of various officers at MTNL to escalate this issue, I prefer email over telephone no. as to keep things on record.
