What is Telma Mobile?

Hi I am from Mumbai, Mira-Bhayander Area, from yesterday night my mobile is showing Telma Mobile along with Tata Docomo and in Roaming Mode(Till yesterday it was Tata Docomo only without roaming sign). What is it? I am getting charged according to normal Tata Docomo rates for everything.
