So my parent has a 153UL plan. *124# tells me the Grace Period is 9/1/2021 and expiry is 2/1/2021 it has 113/ balance. Grace Period 2 is also there. I added 150/ as per his instructions (topup) but the Validity has not changed?
I used portal2.bsnl.in.
So I added 153/ Recharge and Validity was extended with new balance.
How does all this work? How do I use my balance? (because recharge amount does not show up as new balance?)
