i guess it depends on the browser you are using rather than the phone. u did not specifically mention that ur tired with speeds. in that case Nokia would have phones with better technologies supporting high speeds.

u can go in for the Sony w810i (~12k) it has EDGE which should give u around 20-30 kBps speed
