@Samuel most things can be done without debit cards these days. Even cash withdrawal at ATMs. Though some shops don't accept UPI and stuff and need a physical card.
I don't use debit cards at all to be honest. It just comes handy when you've to reset passwords or register for UPI. Not just handy, it js mandatory in some cases.
Does anyone know whether Kotak 811 is still doing limited KYC using aadhaar OTP for account opening? I don't want to do the whole video KYC thing, but that seems to be the only option with banks these days.
