What are the pay as you use plans on Reliance Jio? And how does one use them?

Jio website does not seem to have any details on cost per second and cost per KB/MB of data use if you do not opt for a plan that sort of makes it a postpaid thingy but with prepayment.
 
I think it is 2p/s.....

It is on or with the sim packing that you receive....

And other rates and details too...
 
But to use pay as you use, there should be some prepaid balance. How to recharge for that balance as well?

These are the Top up Vouchers when they were planning to launch paid services from Jan 2017. Not sure if they are still valid.
