The charges used to be ₹19 when MNP started, but what are the charges now? Is it free?
I personally know that Idea and Airtel do not refund you if the excess of the advance bill amount you pay on your current postpaid connection before porting out is less than ₹25. Ok, let me explain that with an example: if expected bill is ₹150, and you pay ₹170 in advance (to prevent porting request from being rejected), the operator actually takes the ₹20 because it's less than the cut off of ₹25.
Is this "₹24.99 or less" the implicit MNP charge?
