I have been using Reliance NetConnect, but every time I try to download any file the speed never exceeds 250 kbps. But at the same time, if I download 2 different files at the same time then the speed doubles to 500 kbps. Similarly I tried the same with youtube, watching one video my speed is around 300 kbps, for 2 its around 500 kbps, for 3 its goes around 1.5 mbps. But the problem is, I can't watch even one video properly. Is it some setting that I have to change to let a single application use all the available bandwidth.
